Paving the Way
Combating climate change will require collaboration and action at all levels of government. According to United Nations Development Programme, subnational governments can influence 50 to 80 percent of all mitigation strategies. This panel will showcase the leadership of progressive subnational governments and partnerships with federal governments. By working together, national and subnational governments can support one another to combat climate change and spur economic growth.
