Dr. Stephen O. Anderson
Co-chair of the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel for the United Nations Environmental Programme
Anderson is also the Director of Strategic Projects in the US EPA Climate Protection Partnerships Division. Anderson was formerly Deputy Director of the EPA Stratospheric Protection Division. Prior to that he was a professor of environmental economics at the College of the Atlantic and the University of Hawaii and a visiting scholar at Kyoto University.
