Senior Vice President and General Manager of Smart Grid at Cisco

Ipsen is responsible for developing Cisco’s public green advocacy and policy agenda and managing government affairs activities worldwide.

As Senior V.P. and General Maanger of Cisco's Smart Grid, her focus is also on archetecting of Cisco's end-to-end communications network to move watts as efficiently as bits.

Ipsen is also co-chair of Cisco’s EcoBoard, focusing on Cisco initiatives and leadership on environmental issues and she leads the company's Women’s Advisory Group, which identifies and recommends gender-focused strategies in partnership with its Inclusion and Diversity Council.
